What services do you offer?

We offer a specific niche of estimating assistance to the sitework contractor world. Full Length/Area Takeoffs, Full Earthwork Takeoffs from both CAD & PDF as required, and Pipe Takeoffs with Depth Classes (upon request). We utilize Planswift for Length/Area 2D takeoffs and Gradeworks/Agtek for Earthwork. We offer 3D models printed to PDF with your logo, Google Earth Rendering/Overlays, Standard Cut Fill Maps, as well as Export to Excel as needed.
What makes you different?

We’re a small team, meaning just myself (Adam) and my wife (Lisa) that are dedicated to make sure you get the quantities you need to price the job and win the work. Whether it requires a site visit or a 2hr phone call with an engineer, I will make sure the project gets done fast, in the format you need, and most importantly accurate.
What don’t you do?

Your pricing/cost estimate. While I can assist in every step with pricing and dig into specifications with you, I can not bid the job for you. At the end of the day, this is your project. You’re responsible for the numbers on bid day. I also don’t do Agtek Highway/Cross Sections or Agtek Underground.
What is the price?

Starting price is $300 for a Smaller Project (5 to 10 Acres, One Roadway, Few Pads). The more complex and larger size projects will be billed at a rate we can discuss ahead of time. ETA for Takeoffs is 3-5 business days for most projects.
